1. Do I need to pay for register as Recruit Online member and use the services?
To register as member and use our member's privilege services are absolutely FREE.
2. Is it necessary to have an email address to be a Recruit Online member?
Yes, your email address will be your login name at www.recruitonline.com.
3. Why I still cannot login even I've registered successfully on Recruit Online website?
After you've completed the registration, activation email will be sent to you for verification. Please click on the URL inside the email to activate your membership.
4. What can I do if I forgot my password?
Please go to the login box of www.recruitonline.com, input your registered email address and click on the "Forgot Password" button. You'll get a new password in the email and please click on the link to activate the new password.
5. Can I activate/ deactivate the services whenever I want?
When you logged in, you can change your settings under "Profile"/ "Preference".
6. How can I attach my own CV or files when I use the "Instant Apply" service?
Please login to www.recruitonline.com, you can upload your file(s) under "My Profile"/ "Attachments".
7. Can I change my login email?
Please send us a request (customer@recruit.com.hk) from your existing login email and provide us the new email address.
8. I always encounter the problem of logging out when I browse the website, what can I do?
Please use www01.recruitonline.com.
9. How to check the applied jobs?
You can find it under the "Applied Jobs" column after you logged in.
