Job Description
- Manage and lead Accounting Department to provide full range of accounting services to meet the business development of the company
- Manage daily accounting functions and ensure accurate and timely month end closings and financial/management reporting
- Responsible for consolidation of all overseas subsidiaries and related management/consolidated reporting, cash flow management, inventory management, credit management, process improvement, ERP implementation and ad hoc projects
- Improve the operational/internal controls on the accounting processes such as financial policy and procedures and cash flow management.
- Formulate, review and implement accounting policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness
- Oversee statutory requirements and local tax compliance
- Manage relationship with external and internal auditors
- Assist in any M&A projects and integration of targets
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree holder in Accounting, Finance or related area, with US CPA/ACCA/HKICPA, or equivalent professional body is mandatory. US or IFRS GAAP experience and MBA will be an advantage
- Minimum 10 years solid experience in Accounting with 4 to 5 years of audit experience in Big 4 and at least 5 years of progressive managerial experience in reputable MNC with semiconductor experience preferred
- Analytical, numerical sensitive, pragmatic and able to meet tight deadlines
- Hands-on experience in SAP or Oracle and ERP implementation
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint presentation skills
- Proven command of written and spoken English with strong communication skills. Mandarin speaking a plus
- High level of energy, strong work ethics and the desire to work in a fast-paced working environment
- Exceptional candidate with less managerial experience in industry will be considered as Accounting Manager
- Immediate availability is preferred
