Requirements
  • Responsible for project development and management as well as marketing strategies implementation for the company's property business in HK, Macau and PRC;

  • Degree or above in Architecture, Engineering, Property Development or equivalent;

  • Minimum 10 years solid experience in large scale development projects of which 5 years in the capacity of developer's representative;

  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua);

  • Frequent travel and/or station in Macau and PRC required.
