Manager, Investor Relations Department
Job Description
  • Liaise and maintain strong relationships with analysts, investors and media

  • Prepare (drafting and translating) various communications materials

  • Organize investor relations and media events

  • Prepare annual/interim reports and other information disclosure materials

  • Update and maintain corporate website

  • Work closely with Company Secretary and may get involved in assisting the preparation of statutory materials
Requirements
  • Degree holder with minimum 5 years relevant working experience, preferably in telecom industry

  • Good knowledge in accounting and finance

  • Strong proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese, and fluent in Putonghua

  • Strong self-motivation, independent, presentable, strong communication skills and inter- personal skills, able to work under pressure

  • Willing to learn new skills and take on different tasks as required
