Training Manager
Job Description
  • Work closely with retail operation to design and implement training programmes for frontline and shop management level staff

  • Monitor the effectiveness of training programmes periodically

  • Design and prepare training materials for various tailor-made training courses
Requirements
  • Degree holder in Training & Development or related discipline

  • Min. 5 years' training experience in catering, hospitality or food and beverage services

  • Hands on experience in organizing training course/ kit. Readily made materials will be a plus

  • A good team player, proactive and self-motivated

  • Strong communication and presentation skills

  • Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
