Restaurant Manager
Job Description
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills; strong leadership and managerial abilities. Able to effectively lead and communicate with a multicultural team

  • Ensure the team executes and completes operations in accordance with established policies and procedures and members are well-mannered and well-groomed as per company standards at all times

  • Ensure the restaurant maintains its high standards of hygiene and cleanliness

  • Attend departmental and inter-departmental meetings and share relevant information

  • Suggest creative ideas to management to enhance corporate image and offering

  • Monitor industry and market trends and recommend adjustments to menus, pricing, and team member wage levels accordingly

  • Control expenses and research ways to generate more revenue. Experience
Requirements
  • Bachelor degree or above in F&B or Hospitality Management preferred

  • Minimum of 5 years of management experience in a fine-dining Chinese restaurant preferred

  • Fluent Mandarin, Cantonese and English
