Operation Manager
Job Description
  • Lead and direct the entire food & beverage operations

  • Maximize sales and profitability to achieve business targets and objectives

  • Plan and organize marketing plans and promotional activities for the operations

  • Develop new concepts and outlets for business expansion
Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree holder in Hotel & Catering Management or related discipline

  • Min. 5 years experience in F & B industry at managerial level from a good and reputable company

  • Strong analytical and planning skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)

  • A strong leader with effective motivational skills

  • Processes strong business acumen and in-depth knowledge in market trends

  • Hands-on experience of MS Office applications
