Job Description
- Manage the daily operations & review current work procedure on a regular basis to team members
- Lead, motive and deploy effective customer services force to achieve the Company's business objectives
- Administer the team to assure the performance and level of output to meet customers and management satisfaction
- Monitor the performance of service technicians and keep track record to ensure high quality of service force all the time
- Generate monthly reports on service quality and KPI to either management or customers for continuing improvement
- Conduct business review with sales teams to provide post-sales support solutions to customers
- Analyze and manage monthly planning for consumable product PSI (Purchase/Sales/Inventory)
- Responsible for Document System service income P&L
Requirements
- Diploma holder of Electronic Engineering or other relevant disciplines
- Minimum 5 years experience in different aspects such as customer service, technical / engineering, etc
- Experience in manufacturing or document system working environment is preferable but not essential
- Result-oriented with excellent customer service management skills
- Able to work under pressure with tight deadlines and schedules in a dynamic and challenging environment
- Be a strong team player with outstanding presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
- Smart, positive thinking mindset and energetic attitude
- Excellent MS Office Application with solid knowledge of Networking system is perferable
- Excellent spoken and written in English, Chinese and Mandarin
- Immediate available is preferred
