Job Description
- Develop and implement training programs for our front-line sales staff;
- Conduct training on brand and corporate identity, products, sales techniques, customer services, language (oral English and Mandarin) and management skills
Requirements
- Degree holder in Training and Development or related discipline;
- 3-4 years' relevant working experience;
- Ability to process new materials and organize them into teaching packages;
- Enjoy sharing knowledge and interacting with people;
- Enthusiastic about the fashion retail business;
- Fluency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
