Senior R & D Manager
Job Description
  • Responsibilities

  • Work with technical and engineering staffs on product development.

  • Pre-sales supports and perform feasibility studies on new product requirements.

  • Sourcing of materials, vendors and control of costing in product designs.

  • Define product specifications and quality requirements with customers.

  • Manage the course of product development from designs, prototyping, tooling development, pilot run and pre-production.

  • Provide supports to resolve technical, quality related and manufacturing problems.

  • Explore new trends, designs and technologies to meet the changing market needs.
Requirements
  • Requirements

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.

  • Min. 5 years experience in design and development of Timepiece products with complex constructions.

  • Familiar with the Watch and Clock Industry with European high end products.

  • Experience in metal/plastic part designs & constructions, mold designs and using various engineering materials.

  • Strong in managing multiple development projects.

  • Excellent in both Spoken & Written English, and Fluent in Cantonese and Putonghua.

  • Excellent people and communications skills.

  • Station in PRC.
