Telesales Supervisor
Requirements
  • To supervise & responsible for the daily operation of the telesales team to achieve and exceed business targets

  • To design & deliver sales scripts & training program to enhance sales performance

  • Higher Dip or above with over 2 years supervisory experience in Call Centre with leading exposure in a sales team is a must

  • Having solid experience in IT / Telecom / e-commerce field will be an advantage
Remuneration
  • We offer attractive commission scheme with basic salary and 5 days work.
