Job Description
- Manage key OEM customer relationships and finalize contractual and commercial negotiations
- Develop a business plan and sales strategy for key OEM customer that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability
- Facilitate the preparation of quotations supporting the process of bid production and submission within the business.
- Assists in development and implementations of marketing plans as needed
- Maintain accurate records of all proposals, pricing, and sales / activity reports
- Conduct professional commercial and technical presentations at senior levels within the customer's organization
- Manage the creation of technical and commercial bid proposals within the business
Requirements
- Minimum Degree/Diploma in Business Administration/Engineering
- 5-7 years of experience in sales management in the manufacturing industry, consumer Electronics Products experience will be highly advantageous.
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
- Proven leadership and organization
- Must speak English (or Japanese) and Mandarin fluently
- Based in Dong Guan, China factory - 6 days a week.
