Requirements
- Degree / Higher Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building Studies, Construction Management, Architectural or other related disciplines;
- Minimum 8 years relevant working experience in building construction, renovation works and fitting out works are preferable;
- Responsible for project management including programming, project coordination, cost & quality control, site management and contract administration;
- Able to handle the project independently with practical detailing experience;
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project and with basis technique in AutoCAD;
- Result Oriented, highly motivated, good communication and sound negotiation and interpersonal skills;
- Less experience will be considered as Assistant Project Manager.
