Job Description
- Responsible for daily operations of assigned Machine shop and ensure the overall productivity meeting internal/external customer needs in a lean environment
- Hands on experience in production planning, scheduling, trouble shooting, and quality production to ensure customer requirements are met
- Provide advices and solutions for product design, project development, work flow and establishing priorities
- Ability in process review, production efficiency optimization, quality and cost control
- Work closely with other departments to provide direct support in company
- Involve in reviewing and formulating PMP, CF, WI and MI documents
Requirements
- Degree holder in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering or other related disciplines
- At least 8 years' experience in production and engineering of sizeable manufacturing plant in PRC, with knowledge in CNC machinery is a must
- Knowledge in turning is an advantage
- Experience in leading engineers and technicians team for production and manufacturing of electronic products
- Fluent in written & spoken English with conversational Mandarin is highly preferred
- Excellent problem solving and management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Less experience will be considered as Mechanical Engineering Supervisor - CNC
