You will be part of a small but dynamic team to provide client accounting services to foreign and local businesses:

• Prepare timely financial accounts and reports plus related schedules
• Prepare periodic financial reports and arrange annual statutory audit
• Manage company compliance matters including tax filings and tax queries
• Co-ordinate with auditors, clients, and IRD to ensure full compliance under different aspects and jurisdiction

• Bachelor degree or equivalent in Accounting
• Qualified CPA
• At least 4 years’ solid experience in handling full set of accounts and in dealing with clients at financial services
• Knowledge in offshore companies, company secretarial, finance and tax matters will be an asset
• Exposure to compliance tests, related reporting and recording highly regarded
• Familiar with MS Office applications and Computerized Accounting Systems
• Well organized and able to work independently and under pressure
• Good communication skills in both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
