• Plan and manage the card retention and usage programs while formulating loyalty, retention and segmentation strategies
• Liaise with external business partners for joint promotion partnership and coordinate with internal departments for service / system requests and marketing programs
• Conduct regular MIS analysis, competitive review while ensuring the marketing programs are executed in an orderly fashion and developing procedures to strengthen the marketing functions
• Work with agencies to develop an integrated marketing solution through traditional communication channels & interactive media to enhance media effectiveness

• Degree holder in Marketing or Business Administration
• Possess minimum 5 years' of marketing experience with major banks, sizable organizations or advertising agencies
• Good knowledge in banking and card business is highly preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Creative, proactive, analytical and detail-oriented, with strong business sense
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese

Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Assistant Manager
