Manager, Quality Management, Consumer Banking (CB/CK/1001/001)
Job Description
  • Supervise the Operation Support Team to provide efficient and quality administration support to Customer Center & Self Service Channels
  • Manage the team to provide back-end support to phone-banking operation, securities trading and prepare related MIS tracking reports for management review
  • Ensure smooth daily operation of the team and closely monitor the team to strictly comply with the approved operational procedures and guidelines as set by the Bank
Requirements
  • Post secondary or above; degree holder is preferred
  • Possess at least 5 years' relevant experience in banking field with sound understanding of banking practices and regulations
  • Good knowledge of consumer banking products and back office operations, especially in securities trading
  • Good leadership and problem solving skills
  • Customer-oriented with high self-initiativeness
  • Good command of written and sopken English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel & Powerpoint
