Responsibilities
1. To understand and set up Company Quality Programmes and be responsible for the overall quality standard for the factory
2. To improve internal quality policies and procedures, review quality manual/ handbook make sure it is in compliance with buyers’ requirements
3. To lead and train the Technical Team, Production QC Team and the Quality Audit Team to prevent wastage and to maintain high quality standards
4. To follow closely on production schedules, to arrange quality audit work to meet sales order shipments dates
5. To take preventive measures on quality standards and to ensure good quality products prior to shipment
6. To work closely with Factory Manager on setting operation targets and the implementation of Quality Procedures.
7. With good mentality, strong sense of responsibility, good interpersonal and excellent communication skills.
8. To control the quality of management costs to an acceptable level.
9. To provide consultation services to other departments, such as specifications, failure modes and Total Quality Management
 

Quality Assurance Manager
(Stationed in Panyu Plant of Guangzhou, China & travel to all oversea Plant occasionally)
Requirements:
1. Degree/Diploma in Engineering/Quality/ Manufacturing Management or equivalent.
2. Possess at least 2 years working experience as a Quality Manager with strong track Quality Assurance record.
3. Able to handle buyers’ requirements.
4. Experience in quality control and management capabilities
5. Proactive, self-motivated, good team player.
6. Good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Ability to work under pressure
