You will be responsible for providing Quality Engineering activities at the factory. Position reports to the
Quality Manager. You shall interface closely with China factory personnel, as well as U.S. based project
engineers, account managers, and sales personnel.

Responsibilities:

• Implement appropriate quality protocols for all phases of the product development cycle.
• Assure quality of all product shipped by implementing effective end-of-line Quality Assurance tools.
• Perform sampling and documentation to support product and processes for capability and processcontrol. Monitor and resolve internal quality issues.
• Monitor and report on organizational performance to the relevant quality standards, developing strategies and tactics to achieve continuous improvement.
• Engage in quality definition and validation; test method definition; root cause analysis; gage R&R, and measurement systems analysis (MSA).
• Oversee activities of internal auditors and inspectors.
• Work with sales, purchasing, quote team, and project engineers located in both China and the US to ensure customer and company quality standards are achieved.
• Communicate with customer representatives to identify and resolve quality issues.
• Work on special reports as needed by the management.

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in any Engineering or science major – Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 3-5 years relevant quality-assurance work experience.
• Prefer Certified Quality Engineer status or equivalent.
• Good knowledge of quality tools and system required, e.g. statistics, SPC, sampling, capability studies, reliability testing, control plans, auditing, and customer quality interface.
• Experience with Lean or 6 Sigma preferred.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Self-starter, good team player and able to work under minimal supervision.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin.
• Familiar with Quality System ISO9000, 14000, RoHS and good auditing skills.
• ISO 13485 experience is an advantage.
• Experience working for US or European multi-national company required.
• Experience with Class II medical device manufacturing desirable.
• Previous experience with RF products and RF testing required.
• Experience performing quality engineering function in manufacturing facility with plastic injection molding, blow molding, manufacture of tooling, small metal stamping, and transformer manufacturing.
• Experience with hot runner injection mold tooling, pick and place, through hole, and other electronic manufacturing processes.
• Must be willing to live near the factory Monday through Friday. Company on-site housing provided, if needed
