Requirements
- Strong experience in garment / trading manufacturing field
- Diploma / Degree holder in Fashions and Textile Studies or equivalent qualification
- Possess at least 5 years in managerial level & 10 years with garment experience and product development of ladies’ wear in cut & sewn
- Knowledge in woven blouses / tops is an advantage
- Strong technical background on cut & sewn and woven blouses
- US and Canadian markets preferable
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills to deal with factories and suppliers
- Sourcing and working with vendors to drive down cost
- Strong domestic and international sourcing network required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Capable to work independently and willing to work overtime
- Self-motivated, well organized, aggressive, & willing to work under pressure
- The candidate must be a team player and flexible
- Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin;
- Proficient in Ms office including Words, Excel and e-mail
- Immediate available preferred
